Request for aid worker status or equivalent   

Applications for aid worker status or equivalent must be submitted to the Directorate for Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Affairs via the competent NGO before the start date of the requested accreditation.

The applications must be accompanied by the form provided for this purpose duly completed by the applicant:

• application form (PDF version in FRENCH)
• application form (WORD version in FRENCH)

The following documents must be attached:

• employment contract;
• copy of the applicant's passport / identity card;
• curriculum vitae.

If necessary, additional parts may be requested.
